Our Italian Petroncini roaster roasts the beans in a stream of hot air — the beans dance without touching hot metal. The result is an even roast that never burns.
We import only Grade 1 green coffee — the highest commercial grade, strictly sorted. No damaged, unripe or defective beans that would spoil the taste.
