Where we deliver
We deliver within Yerevan only. We do not deliver to other regions of Armenia and we do not ship outside the Republic of Armenia.

The delivery charge that applies to your order is shown in the order summary before you press the order button, and is included in the total payable.
When we deliver
You choose a delivery day and a time slot at checkout from the days and slots we currently have open. We deliver within the slot you selected. In every case delivery takes place no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract unless we have expressly agreed another period with you.
If we cannot meet the slot you chose we contact you on the phone number given with the order and agree a new one. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable further period you may cancel and we refund you in full.
One address per order
Each order is delivered to a single address. We do not split one order across several addresses. To send goods to more than one address, place a separate order for each.
Receiving the order
Please check the goods on delivery. If anything is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, tell the courier and contact us the same day at +374 98 22 72 04 or [email protected] so we can correct it quickly. This does not limit your statutory rights, which remain available in full afterwards.
If nobody is there
The courier calls the number given with the order. If we cannot hand over the goods within the chosen slot we arrange another slot with you.
