You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded on this website within 14 days without giving any reason. This page tells you how, and the few cases where the right does not apply.
Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel an order at any time before it is handed over, for any reason, by calling +374 98 22 72 04 or emailing [email protected] with your order number. If you have already paid, we refund you in full including any delivery charge. Cancelling before dispatch costs you nothing.
The 14-day right of withdrawal
Under Articles 24.4 to 24.9 of the RA Law on Protection of Consumer Rights you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

How to withdraw
Tell us before the 14 days expire, by any clear statement, at [email protected] or +374 98 22 72 04. Give your name, order number and the date you received the goods. You do not have to give a reason. Send or hand back the goods without undue delay after telling us.
When the right does not apply
Article 23 part 2 excludes some goods from return. For what we sell that means:
- coffee and other foodstuffs;
- packs sealed for health or hygiene reasons that you have opened — an opened pack of coffee cannot be returned;
- coffee ground or blended specially to your individual order.
Unopened packs in their original sealed condition can be returned in the normal way.
What happens then
- We refund all payments received from you within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
- We use the same payment method you used. Card payments go back to the same card.
- We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back or you have proved you sent them.
- The direct cost of returning the goods to us is yours unless we agree otherwise.
If we had not told you
If we fail to inform you of this right, the withdrawal period extends by 12 months. If we inform you during those 12 months, you then have 14 days from the moment we tell you.
