These terms govern every order placed on this website. The seller is M M Holding LLC, 19st, Office 3, Jrvezh 2227, Kotayk, Armenia, taxpayer number 08257485. By placing an order you accept these terms.
How a contract is formed
This matters, because it decides the moment you become obliged to pay.
- Product pages and prices on this site are an invitation to order, not an offer.
- Adding items to the basket and filling in the checkout form commits you to nothing.
- Pressing the button marked «Order with payment obligation» is your offer to buy, and it is the action that creates your obligation to pay. Nothing before that button obliges you to pay anything.
- Our acceptance is the order confirmation we send after we have checked the items are available. The contract is concluded at that moment.
- If we cannot fulfil the order we tell you and refund any amount already taken in full.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Armenian drams (AMD) and include all applicable taxes.
- The total payable, including delivery, is shown on the checkout page before the order button, and the same amount appears on the button itself.
- We accept cash on delivery and, where enabled, payment cards. Card payments are handled on the secure payment page of Ameriabank CJSC; we never see or store your card number.
- We do not add any fee or surcharge for paying by card. The price is the same whichever payment method you choose.
- Refunds of card payments are returned to the same card. We do not refund a card payment in cash.
Delivery
We deliver within Yerevan on a scheduled day and time slot that you choose at checkout. Delivery is free on orders of 5 000 ֏ and over; below that a flat delivery charge of 1 000 ֏ applies. Full terms are on the Delivery terms page.
Your right to withdraw
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exclusions set out on the Cancellation & withdrawal page. Separately, goods of proper quality may be returned under Article 23 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights — see Returns & refunds.
Bonus points
Where the loyalty programme is active, registered customers earn bonus points worth 10% of the value of each completed order. Points may be used against the goods total of a later order and cannot be applied to the delivery charge, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person. Points are credited when an order is completed, not when it is placed. We may change or end the programme for future orders; points already earned are not affected.
Duration and renewal
Each order is a single, one-off contract. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal of any kind.
Keeping a copy
Your completed order and these terms are shown on the confirmation page and are sent to you by email where you provide one. You can save or print that page before we prepare the order.
Limitations
We sell to consumers in Armenia for personal use. We do not ship outside the Republic of Armenia. We may decline or cancel an order where the goods are unavailable, where the order appears to be for resale, or where we are required to do so by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Complaints and dispute resolution are described on the Complaints & disputes page.
