Why, and on what grounds
We process this data to take and fulfil your orders and to keep the account you create. The legal ground is performing our contract with you. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and every message includes a way to opt out. Where the law requires us to keep records, we keep them on that legal ground.
What we do with it
The data is collected, stored, used to fulfil orders, corrected when you tell us it is wrong, transferred to the partners listed below where necessary, and deleted when no longer needed. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We share data only where needed to fulfil your order, and never sell it:
- Ameriabank CJSC, our acquiring bank, and the ArCa (Armenian Card CJSC) processing centre, to process card payments, refunds and disputes
- Our couriers get your name, phone and delivery address, so they can deliver
- Technical service providers that host the site and send our order emails
- State bodies, where the law obliges us to disclose
Your card number, expiry date and security code are entered on Ameriabank CJSC’s own payment page. They never reach this website, so we cannot see or store them.
Storage and security
Data is transmitted encrypted and stored securely. We keep it while your account is active or while we are legally required to keep records, then delete it.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you and where we got it, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop processing it, including for marketing. Write to [email protected]. We answer within the terms set by the RA Law on Protection of Personal Data. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the RA Ministry of Justice.
Providing your name, phone and address is necessary to fulfil orders; without them we simply cannot deliver. Everything else is optional, and refusing it affects nothing else.
Your consent stays valid until you withdraw it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected] or by deleting your account. This does not affect processing that already lawfully happened, and it does not remove records we must keep by law. If you withdraw it we close the bonus account and any unspent points are lost; you can still order as a guest.
Cookies
